You can always get your cpanel at:

http://www.YourSiteName.com/cpanel

if you can't get in, you may have forgot your password. please submit a ticket to support stating you have forgotten your password to access your cpanel client area and re-send your account info. If it still does not work, contact support.

Note: infrequently, some networks may block ports other than 80, if you cannot get to webmail or cpanel it is likely that your network policy does not allow access. Please try from another location.
